  I didnt end up having them do any work becuase the family chose to do it ourself. But they were great on communication, talked us through options all over the phone for free. I will be calling if I have any future opportunities.

  No shenanigans! Our consultation filled gaps and validated information for us after being left by a prior builder. The conversation was professional and tactful, transparency was candid but refreshing.
