  We were very pleased with the building of our new home. We contracted for a new home and have also used GuyCo for remodeling. Jon provided an excellent plan and accommodated our probably excessive input with good humor. He was always very responsive and great at communicating. Jon's attentional to detail and cost consciousness made all the difference. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest - as though he were building his own home. The end result was exceptional. GuyCo staff members were great and Jon kept tight control of all subcontractors. The crew members were very personable and conscientious about site cleanliness. I can highly recommend The Guy Corporation and would hire them again.

  We are very impressed with the Guyco organizations. We have enjoyed the renovation on our personal home in past years and have recently engaged Guyco Remodeling to make home repairs to my Mother’s home in Carmel. In a world of challenges, we have been blessed by their services. Jon Guy has great integrity and work ethic. When he is in charge of a project for you, you can be assured that you will be able to enjoy the project and have peace of mind in the process.

  The Guy Corporation exceeded expectations with master bath renovation for my parents. The quality of detail work was exceptional and the time and concern for safety / ADA renovation issues for my elderly parents was amazing. Communication, contract, timeliness & quality of work were all excellent. Definitely will use again and recommend this A+ company to friends.
