  Great service from Dr Chi for my severe dry eye issues. Great service from Dr Bartel for my new prescription and check up. I felt cared about. The support staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your eye care needs.

  The facility is top-notch with super helpful staff that anticipates your needs. They did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and explaining things in a simple, uncomplicated manner. Dr. Bartel is passionate about what he does, and it shows. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

  I called here close to closing time, desperately needing help with my glasses and was booked in the next morning by ilianna! Brittany, Karen, trista all helped me find my glasses and keep my little occupied.💕 And Dr. Bartel literally fixed me with a great new prescription to help all my symptoms from a wrong eye prescription I got from Clearly a year ago. Moral of the story, don’t go to the cheap quick brands, and go see a professional. Mine happened to be in my local area, and a family owned business !! 👑👑👑‼️💕

  I was referred to Dr. Chai to help treat my severe dry eyes. She has been a blessing helping me find a solution and provide me with a quality of life where I have it under controlled. Dr. Chai is kind, caring and thorough and I’ve never felt rushed with her. The clinic is beautiful and modern, and the staff are spectacular with their service. It’s clear that Trifecta’s focus is on patient-centred care and it radiates through everyone there. Thank you for all that you do!
