Love it here! The workers are so helpful. I feel at home! Atmosphere is great and the community as well. The events are good and everything is is within walking distance. Maintenance is great as well.

My overall experience at University House has been pleasant. The closeness to the football stadium, baseball stadium, basketball stadium, and UL’s campus has been great as a UL student. I have had a few experiences requiring maintenance in my apartment, but the maintenance crew is always quickly on the scene to make the necessary repairs. For the unbeatable price, University Housing has exceeded my expectations coming into my first lease here.

I think so because when you apply, it asks if you're a student or not, so i dont know if that's a qualification or if they use that as a part of roomate matching
